The "Super Spiral Bolt SP24" is a high-strength lock bolt that inherits the excellent features of the "SN Twist Bolt." It features a newly designed special rib and screw section that are formed simultaneously during the bar steel rolling process, ensuring there are no cross-sectional defects in the screw section and that it exhibits uniform strength throughout its entire length. 【Outstanding Characteristics】 ■ Utilizes high-strength material SD685, achieving a yield load of over 297 kN while being even lighter (3.4 kg/m) than the SN Twist Bolt. ■ By maintaining the same material diameter and reproducing the surface shape of the SN Twist Bolt, the insertion resistance is equivalent to that of the SN Twist Bolt. ■ In terms of ground deformation during the early age of the anchoring material, it has high adhesion toughness, making it less likely to experience adhesion failure, inheriting the excellent anchoring characteristics of the SN Twist Bolt. ■ The adoption of the special-shaped nut "S Nut" reduces the protrusion of the nut and bolt, eliminating the need for protective materials (caps/mats) for the head during waterproof sheet installation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
